Our Story
Bee Me Academy began with a very personal journey—one filled with challenge, love, and the unwavering belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
Rupali and Vishal Pande are proud parents to two beautiful children, Ishika and Omram. When Ishika was very young, she was diagnosed with Down syndrome. Like many families navigating early intervention and special needs support, they found themselves overwhelmed—searching for a childcare environment that truly understood and honored her unique needs. The journey was painful and isolating. Most programs lacked the flexibility, compassion, or expertise to support Ishika’s developmental path at her own pace. Not long after, their son Omram had a safety-related incident at a childcare center when he was just 2.5 years old. The experience was deeply unsettling, leading them to pull him out immediately. It became clear that too many early learning environments weren’t equipped to handle children—especially in their most sensitive, delicate, and foundational years—with the level of care, attention, and respect they deserve.
These personal experiences ignited a shared vision: To create a space where every young learner is safe, seen, supported, and free to grow naturally. A place where:
⏳ Learning happens at each child’s own pace
🐾 Curiosity is encouraged, not contained
🦋 Nature is part of every day
🦄 Uniqueness is not only accepted—but celebrated
💖 Children are guided with love, not control
And so, Bee Me Academy was born. After completing her Master’s degree, Rupali began working closely with children and families bringing her deep understanding of individualized behavioral support to her practice. Today, she combines her professional training with her personal mission at Bee Me Academy. Me, ensuring that every learner receives the individualized attention, acceptance, and freedom they need to thrive. Rupali believes that when children are surrounded by joy, trust, and nature and when they are truly accepted for who they are they build the inner strength and self-worth that prepare them for all of life’s challenges. At Bee Me Academy, we are not just educating we are nurturing whole humans. One child at a time. One day at a time. With heart.
