What age ranges do you accept?

We currently accept applications for learners between the ages 18 months to 5 years.

What is a micro-school?

As a micro-school, Bee Me Academy offers an intentionally small and personalized learning environment. We cap our enrollment at ……..learners to foster strong relationships, deep learning, and a close-knit community.

Are you a Montessori school?

While we are not officially a Montessori school, our approach is deeply influenced by Maria Montessori’s philosophies. We honor the learner’s natural pace, promote independence, and emphasize hands-on, experiential learning.

Are you a religious school?

No, Bee Me Academy is not a religious school. However, our learners are exposed to mindfulness practices, ethical thinking, and the role of religion in history and human development. We welcome Believers, Searchers, and Non-Believers alike and celebrate respectful dialogue and diverse perspectives.

Are you part of a franchise or chain?

Bee Me Academy is an independent school. We draw inspiration and mentorship from Nature school while maintaining our own leadership, style, and natural learning environment tailored to our community.

When are you in session?

We follow a September to early July calendar, similar to local schools, but with a unique structure:

The year is divided into six-week “Quests” (deep learning projects)

Each session ends with a learner-led Exhibition

Learners then enjoy a one-week break before the next session begins

School hours are from  early drop off 7am with extra charges …8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.,

with drop-off starting at 8:10 a.m.after school hours are available ..3.15 to 6pm.

Different charges Our schedule generally aligns with public school breaks to support families.

How do you assess and monitor learning progress?

Learners follow personalized learning plans and track progress through:

🏅 Mastery-based badge system

📸 Digital portfolios

👨‍👩‍👧 Daily and weekly goal trackers ( parent needed)

Progress is shared with families through multiple …..Meetings each year, which include the learner, their guide, and parents. Families can also monitor growth via our ……….Tracker platform.

What is your homework policy?

We do not require homework. However, many learners choose to pursue additional goals or personal projects at home. Reading for pleasure is always encouraged.

Do you offer services or behavioral support for learners with special needs?

Bee Me Academy does offer specialized services for learners with learning disabilities or behavioral challenges. We assess each applicant individually to ensure we’re a good mutual fit under board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)

How involved are families?

Family involvement is a cornerstone of the Bee Me journey. As a parent, you are a key part of our community. Each academic year includes:

Families are expected to be engaged, growth-minded, and supportive of the learner-driven model.

Can I tour the campus?
